Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Furcop Pte. Ltd. (doing business as "Octexa") and you (the "Customer"). They govern your use of Octexa services, including VPS, dedicated servers, web hosting, and related support (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for securing your Services, including passwords, access keys, and software you install.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Distribute malware, conduct phishing, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Send spam or operate services that materially degrade the network, infrastructure, or other customers.
• Host or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy rights.

We may suspend or restrict Services to protect our infrastructure, comply with law, or prevent abuse.

Support is provided via chat, ticket, and phone as described on octexa.com/contact. Service availability targets are described in our Service Level Agreement.

Fees, billing cycles, renewal, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout and in your client portal. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for fees due.

If payment is overdue, we may suspend Services until payment is received.

Payments for Octexa services, including VPS, dedicated servers, web hosting, add-ons and renewals, are billed in advance and are non-refundable once an order is placed, provisioned, or renewed.

If you cancel a service, it will remain active until the end of the current paid term unless otherwise stated. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursement for unused time, partial billing periods, early termination, or change of mind.

You may cancel Services through the client portal or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we must do so to comply with law or protect the platform.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octexa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to Octexa for the Services in the period specified in your order form, invoice, or applicable agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and reflected by the "Last updated" date.
