How fast can I launch?

Most VPS and hosting deploy in under a minute. Dedicated servers are provisioned within 48 hours.

What regions are available?

Can I upgrade later?

What are your support hours and response targets?

Octexa support operates 24/7/365. Ticket requests are answered within one business hour. Live chat is staffed daily. All ticket and live chat related to billing matters are handled Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 GMT+8.

Use the client portal to view invoices, manage services, and open support tickets.

Are payments refundable?

Payments for Octexa services, including VPS, dedicated servers, web hosting, add-ons and renewals, are billed in advance and are non-refundable once an order is placed, provisioned, or renewed. If you cancel a service, it will remain active until the end of the current paid term unless otherwise stated. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursement for unused time, partial billing periods, early termination, or change of mind.
